 Nicknames: Gabe Species: Nix Gender: Male Age: Human equiv of around 22ish. Personality: Gabe started off somewhat cold, almost standoff-ish around other, because he felt like a bit of a let down to his family (whether his parents think so is an entirely different story though). He was prepared to be a bit of a lone wolf in life, but... failed a bit miserably at his attempt. Mostly because he's technically not cold; he was unable to maintain his 'mask' up and a lot of people saw through it. Given his failure at being a jerk, Gabe dropped the act and eventually opened up, revealing a rather goofy persona under all the snark. Granted, he's got a sharp tongue, and he's not afraid to use it, but he knows when situations call for it and when they don't. Generally good natured, happy to help others, and a bit of a show off, though not generally on purpose. Possesses quite a bit of charisma, though he actually seems mostly unaware of his charm, and thus, is unable to use it to his own gain. He's happiest around people, specially if they're good friends, and it's around them that he really fully relaxes. Born into high society, he's got manners, is polite and tends to not even bat an eye at high social gatherings. Intelligent and resourceful, though... not a good fighter at all, unless in his serpent form. Very much in love with life, music, sweet things, and cute things (this later actually includes people and animals). He seems unable to resist cute things, which was the biggest giveaway to his friends of whom he really was, way back when. Being a nix, he's got a magical talent for music, whether it's playing instruments or singing. Personality in few words: Charming, optimist, heart of gold, snarky, flamboyant. Ability: Can shape shift into a large sea serpent. Has an unnatural talent for playing musical instruments. Notes: He's a Nix, which are pretty much... water dwelling fae/demons in mythology. The females of the species are said to look like mermaids, while the males are said to take the form of hauntingly beautiful young men that play the violin near a body of water to draw forth humans so they can drown them. The males are said to take serpent or fish forms; Gabe takes a snake form. He's around 6'0"ish and should be drawn having the body of a swimmer, really. Fit, but not muscular. He has several outfits, and artists are welcome to chose, though I prefer his 'film noir' like outfit. Gabrian can not cook. In fact, the last time he tried to make toast, he set the toaster on fire. He wants to cook, but Alessa's banned him from the kitchen. Relationship(s): Alessa: Is a nagual. A monster type person with the ability to shift into a certain animal. The animal depends from nagual to nagual, and is determined by the day of their birth; Alessa is a Rabbit Nagual. She and Gabrian had a rocky start, mostly due to the fact they met in their animal forms, and his first reaction to seeing a rabbit peer over the water he was snoozing in was "Oh,hey, lunch!", and proceeded to try and eat her. Needless to say, Alessa wasn't really down with that idea at all, and despite the fact Gabrian later apologized, having thought her a normal, non-sentient, feral rabbit, she was both bitter and scared of him. Forced to work together through some projects, they eventually became friends, and later on, a couple. They've come to a sort of understanding, and though they still often bicker, there's no bite behind it. Gabrian often likes to tease Alessa, just because he thinks she looks cute when she's frustrated with him. Davy: Is a snake/fish like creature, and Gabrian's pet. He can often be seen lounging around Gabrian's neck, and though he can't talk and can't shift into human form he's... well, pokemon-intelligent, to put an example of sorts. He's a bit of a trickster and seems to enjoy people paying attention to him. His body shimmers, in a sort of pearlescent way and... really, doesn't look like the manliest pet on creation, but one should watch out for his teeth; he does have them.
